Call for expressions of interest for the creation of the database of  CEA-TECH consultants

Presentation of CEA-TECH :

The Center of Expertise and Technical Assistance (CEA-TECH) is a consulting and technical assistance company headquartered in Yaounde (Cameroon).
CEA-TECH’s main missions are to provide technical and strategic support to Decentralized Local Authorities (DTCs), as well as to public and private organizations, in order to enable them to fully play their role in the socio-economic development of Cameroon.
CEA-TECH is involved in several key areas, aimed at supporting Decentralized Local Authorities (DTCs) and public and private organizations in their efforts to develop, improve management, and mobilize resources. These areas of intervention include: (i) Capacity Building; (ii) Consulting Support; (iii) Project Planning and Implementation Support; (iv) Studies and Research; (v) Innovation and digitalization; (vi) Mobilization of Finance; (vii) Seeking Funding

Purpose of the database :

The objective of this call for expressions of interest is to register qualified junior and senior experts and consultants in various fields with a view to their mobilization for the Centre’s future projects.

Areas of expertise sought :

The different areas of expertise are the following (at least 2 years of experience for each category):

  • Project Planning and Maturation Expert
  • Expert in Governance/Decentralization/Local Development
  • Search for funding and partnership
  • Statistician and economist
  • Public procurement expert
  • Specialist in public finance
  • Demographer/ Expert on population issues 
  • Expert in Digitalization/Communication/IT 
  • Specialist in the preparation of applications / calls for projects
  • Business Plan Specialist

Desired profile :

Holder of at least a Bac+5 depending on the field.
Proven experience of at least 5 years in similar projects or studies.
Good writing and synthesis skills.
Mastery of digital tools related to your field.
Occasional or continuous availability for short or medium-term assignments

Applications sent after the deadline will not be considered.

Procedure and selection :

All profiles received will be analyzed and integrated into the database according to the criteria of relevance, and experience.
Registration does not guarantee an automatic contract, but allows you to be contacted in priority for mission offers according to the field of expertise.
NB: Only applications that meet the profiles sought will be contacted for the rest of the process.
For each application, CEA-TECH will send you a consent form relating to the use of your CV and certificates.
